Would you like to expand your global wine palette to enable you to make world class wines?
Are you studying for the WSET diploma program and need to exercise your skills for an upcoming exam?
Do you want to hone your tasting ability to be able to evaluate international quality markers, distinguish winemaking practices in the glass and recognize benchmark wines?
Terroir Consulting‘s NEW Master Tasting Class is focussed on what is in the glass. Each monthly session, we will explore benchmark wines of the world: rigorously blind tasting, comparing, discussing and learning about the wines. There won’t be any textbooks or exams, just wine professionals learning from each other, lead by a Master of Wine.
The class will take place in Summerland at 7-9pm on Wednesdays, once a month from September 2019 to April 2020. We will taste 8+ wines each session in a structured blind tasting format.
This Master-level class is tailored to practicing winemakers, sommeliers, as well as wine students with WSET3 already under their belts. Join us for a global wine education with great discussion, in a supportive, relaxed, professional environment.
Participants in the class must have passed WSET 3 (Advanced Certificate) or be a practicing winemaker or be a working sommelier. If have alternative qualifications or experience, please email email@example.com to learn find out if this class is right for you.
Master of Wine Rhys Pender will be leading the tasting class. Rhys is an experienced educator and tutor, and is one of British Columbia’s most accomplished tasters.
